Baked Alaska

One of the things we took some time to do was to make a Baked Alaska. We used a brownie base, baked in a tinfoil muffin pan. Then froze them, added ice cream, made the meringue. Froze it some more. Then put it into the oven to brown the meringue.

yes i agree!!! Yummy! Justin and i went to see ICE (which was basically ice carvings) and there was a joke on the wall that said, "what do alaskans call baked alaskans?" --answer "Baked heres"... we thought it was funny especially since just a few months ago i didn't even know what a baked alaskan was. :)
