Picking Apricots & Peaches

Picking fresh fruit at a pick your own can be a fun experience when it's something as easy to pick as apricots and peaches. Went on a family outing to an orchard in Beamsville -Cherry Avenue Orchard. Alejandra really enjoyed herself. Great to nibble on the fresh fruit fresh from the tree. Had a picnic lunch with the Duncans and Carol von Gunten and Chansonette.

I refuse to pick strawberries because I did it when I was 10-12 years old. Got paid a nickel a basket. Wasn't fun. Don't care to pick strawberries any more.

That's too bad because i really like strawberry picking and want to get freshly picked strawberries. i think it's because when i was 10 i got a stomach full of fresh strawberries for picking a basket.
